Refund policy

If you're looking to return your order for whatever reason, we are hear to help. We will accept returns within 3 days of you receiving your order. You can return the product (at your expense) for a full refund(minus the processing fees paid of 5%) in the form of the original payment method. Upon receipt, we will inspect the item and contact you if there are any issues with the product. 

Please note the following exceptions to our return policy:

Gift cards are non-refundable 

Defective paint should be reported within 4 days to receive a replacement.

Used paint is not eligible for a refund as we can not resell it. We suggest trying 1 to 2 colors before opening all of them.

International orders are nonrefundable. Beach Girlz Glitter does not ship internationally, so if you decide to order and have issues with shipping or tariffs, unfortunately,  you will be responsible for figuring out how to get the product 

Exchange Policy:

We do not accept exchanges

Cancellation policy:

Orders can be cancelled prior to processing. However,  there will be a $5.00 cancellation fee implemented to cover the processing charges incurred on my end when your order is received.
