Shipping policy

Standard ship time is 5-7 business days(M-F), This is the time we allow for packing of your order and is NOT included in the estimated shipping method paid for upon checkout. This is due to the fact that custom colors are mixed per order and us working full-time jobs now. Shipping times had to be extended.  Sorry for any inconvenience, but please plan accordingly. 

US shipping regulation requires any potentially hazardous material be shipped GROUND service. Due to the chemical makeup and low flash point(77*F) of the Magic Marble Paint, I am required to ship this product ground. At this time, I offer ground service via USPS and UPS. Unfortunately,  Expedited or priority shipping service is not available. 

*What does this mean? Ground will ALWAYS cost more than priority shipping. It may be more cost effective to purchase a few bottles at a time as shipping will most likely start around $8.00 for 1 bottle. 

 Standard turnaround time is 4-7 business days( M-F). This is the time we needed to prepare and package orders. Depending on the volume of orders received, we reserve the right to increase the processing time by a few days. We may also delay shipping of paint if the temperatures are below 45° in your location OR our shipping location. The paint should be transported and stored between 46°-86°. The day you place the order is not included in the mentioned 4-7 day turnaround. We typically ship all paint products UPS ground if at all possible. Once your order has been fulfilled and ready to ship, you will receive a tracking number in the email used to place the order. We have access to the same information as you, so we cannot give additional shipping information once it has been accepted and scanned by the carrier. Ground shipping services DO NOT have a guarantee delivery date, this means that you may receive your package in 2 days or 10 days. This is not something we control, so refunds for delayed shipping will NOT be issued by Beach Girlz Glitter. You will need to contact UPS or USPS to discuss shipping delay concerns.

*UPS Ground service does not include weekends. 

*  Ground packages come with a MINIMAL amount of insurance ($100). If you do not include the additional insurance and your package is lost, stolen, and/or damaged Beach Girlz will NOT be responsible for your package. Purchasing the additional insurance is extremely important. In the event of a shipping mishap, Beach Girlz will cover the cost of replacement products.  

PLEASE NOTE!!

Paint is drop shipped directly from my supplier.  We ask that you not combine paint with glitter, wood, apparel, or glass tumblers as these items ship from me in FL.  If you do order paint with items not permitted and a double shipping cost is incurred on my end, I reserve the right to cancel the order.  This typically happens when orders are placed on free shipping Fridays.  If you notice that shipping is higher than usual,  it's most likely due to the fact that you are paying shipping from 2 separate locations.  Overages will not be refunded in these cases. 

We try to combine orders but this is NOT a guarantee. If we notice multiple orders BEFORE packing your 1st order,  we will do our best to combine the orders.  Unfortunately,  we cannot cancel or modify orders already placed to add items. Should we catch that you have more than 1 order in the queue, we will combine them.  however we will NOT refund any shipping overages because:

the weight from one order to another is different which in turns causes shipping to be higher and we have already paid a processing percentage for that amount and we do not get refunded for those fees.
